| We are recruiting for a leading architectural consulting company ADMINISTRATION/LOGISTICS OFFICER Key areas of support will include . correspondence and information management, . archiving and database management, . limited financial management support functions . Take principal responsibility for internal Logistic services . Provide administrative and operational support for work processes. . Take responsibility for management and maintenance of all company facilities and work tools. . Create and enforce a short turn-around time for processing Requisitions as company procedures may allow and ensure that all necessary documentation are correct. . Liaise with relevant persons for timely payment of Bills and ensure steady supply of utilities. . Sorting out and filing documents appropriately and and ensure files are regularly backed-up and kept safe. . Maintain clean/conducive work environment, office security and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Knowledge & Experience Minimum three years experience in similar role in a fast-paced work environment.
