Qualification: 1st Degree in IRPM, Public Admin, psychology or any other related courses. Experience: At least 3 years post NYSC experience in an HR role Job functions: 1. Provide advice and counsel to management and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and practices. 3.Assure that appropriate training opportunities are provided to employees to further personal, career, and organizational development 4. Work with HR Manager and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment, which encourages the full use of diverse talents and abilities; act as an employee advocate; help drive various corporate and division business initiatives. 5. Identify recruiting needs, develop sources of qualified candidates; facilitate screening, testing and selection of applicants with the H/R Manager. 6. Drive HR processes such as annual HR review, organizational effectiveness and performance management. 7.
